What is Considered Emergency Maintenance?

Emergency Maintenance (After Normal Business Hours): 910-997-3316 ext. 9

Emergency Maintenance hours begin at 6:30pm and end at 7:30am the next business day. If you call for emergency assistance, someone MUST be at home to give maintenance access to your unit.

Emergency Maintenance Holiday Schedule:

  • New Years Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving and the Friday following Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the day after Christmas or the applicable observed days

  • Gas Leak
  • Flooded Unit
  • No Power
  • Fire
  • Vandalism or Break-In

Non-Emergency Calls

If a resident calls in a false emergency, there will be an applicable fee charge listed in the fee schedule for answering the call. 

If a resident calls in an emergency after hours, they must be at home for the maintenance personnel to enter their residence. If they are not home, the resident will be charged for service man time.
