Our Waiting List is Currently Closed
The Rockingham Housing Authority closed its public housing waiting list to new applicants effective 3:00 PM Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Per our Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy, due to the length of time individuals and families have been on our current list, RHA is in the process of making sure those currently waiting remain eligible and are still interested in being housed with the Rockingham Housing Authority.
