If you are interested in applying for public housing, and would like to apply online, click on the link below.
If you would like to have an application mailed to you or a digital copy emailed to you, contact Ms. Horne at (910) 997-3316, extension 1 or email her at thorne@rhanc.com
Applications can be picked from our office located at:
809 Armstead Street, Rockingham NC 28379
Monday - Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
If you are submitting your application in person, it will only be accepted on Thursday's between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
