ROCKINGHAM HOUSING AUTHORITY 2024-2025 ANNUAL PLAN, CFP FIVE YEAR ACTION PLAN, ADMISSIONS AND CONTINUED OCCUPANCY POLICY, AND RHA ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN

The Rockingham Housing Authority is requesting written public comments on its proposed Annual Plan for our fiscal year 2025, RHA CFP Five Year Plan, RHA Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy, and RHA Administrative Plan which may be reviewed at our office located at 809 Armstead Street, Rockingham, NC 28379. Written public comments must be submitted by April 4, 2024 to the RHA Main Office at 809 Armstead Street, Rockingham, NC 28379. Please make them to the attention of Chereka Belton, Executive Director.

A Public Hearing to present and receive comments regarding the proposed annual plan, capital fund five year action plan, Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy, and Administrative Plan will be conducted as follows:

The Rockingham Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will vote on the adoption of the 2024-2025 Annual Plan, Capital Fund Five Year Plan, Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy, and Administrative Plan on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 immediately following the public hearing at the Gore Community room located at 605 Gore Drive, Rockingham, NC 28379.
