Housing Choice Voucher Program Applications

The Rockingham Housing Authority (RHA) will be distributing Housing Choice Voucher applications beginning February 1, 2023

You can retrieve an application the following ways:

• Request one be emailed to you by sending an email to hcvprogram@rhanc.com
• Pick up an application from the office located at: 809 Armstead Street, Rockingham NC 28379
• Request an application be mailed to you.

The Rockingham Housing Authority (RHA) will only accept Housing Choice Voucher applications:

February 8, 2023 through February 16, 2023

Completed applications can be submitted in person from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. February 8th, 9th, 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th, 2023. Completed applications may also be submitted to RHA the following ways:

• Emailed to hcvprogram@rhanc.com . All documents must have handwritten signatures. Digital signatures will not be allowed. You must scan in the completed signed application package in order for it to be accepted.
• You may drop of your package at the main office located at 809 Armstead Street, Rockingham NC 28379 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday during the dates provided above. Packages cannot be placed in the drop box; if they are, they will not be accepted.
• Packages can be mailed to:  Rockingham Housing Authority, Attn: HCV Program, PO Box 160, Rockingham NC 28380. Mailed packages must be received by 2:00 p.m. on February 16, 2023 to be accepted.
• Complete and submit your application online at www.rhanc.com beginning February 8, 2023 through February 16, 2023.
